SNAP UPDATE 11.1.2025

We are so grateful to everyone who has reached out asking how they can help during this time of uncertainty. Because there is so much unknown, our needs and requests are a little different at this time. Please read below to see how you can be most helpful right now. We will keep this page updated as our needs change. 

The most helpful thing at this time is money. We know this is not always possible, but a monetary donation goes a lot farther than a food donation at this time. For example, $10 might buy 10 boxes of pasta on sale at the grocery store, but we can purchase 25 boxes of pasta with that same $10 if ordered through our distributors. While all donations are welcomed and appreciated, if you do have the ability to choose between money and food, a monetary donation will supply more food for our clients.

We need diapers! Diapers are a far greater need for us than food at this time. If you are looking for something to donate to us, we would love diapers! Specifically sizes 5, 6, and toddler pull ups.

If a food drive makes the most sense for you or any organization, we are thrilled! At this time, we ask that you hold off on collecting and delivering items until after Thanksgiving. The best time to do a food drive for us would be after the new year in early January. We often are inundated with food drives in November and December and then have nothing extra on our shelves at the beginning of the year. So if you are willing to delay your drive until January, that would be a great help to us and better for our neighbors in need.
